Join us for Miami Blockchain Week
Blockchain Center hosts virtual hackathons each month to advance the development and drive awareness for the most innovative projects in the blockchain space. Each hackathon features developer workshops, panel discussions, and project presentations from leading experts and industry leaders.
These virtual events provide a safe venue to meet amidst the coronavirus pandemic and also provide a scalable global setting where anyone in the world can participate or tune-in.
Our Bounties and Sponsorship opportunities foster development and community growth in the blockchain space. Projects can engage the Blockchain Center community and network directly through our hackathons and offer incentives for developers to build on or users to adopt a new framework/protocol.
Overview
Winning teams during the hackathon can win up to $5,000 in cash prizes plus special prizes from our sponsors.
Prizes
Our bounties give hackathon teams and additional prize for developing a project for a specific protocol or framework.
Bounties
Developers can compete as individuals or in teams with a maximum number of 5 members. No development may occur before the official start of the hackathon. In addition to submitting your code, a brief video presentation highlighting what’s been built is required for consideration.
There is no age restriction to attend the hackathon. In case you are under 18, your parents/legal guardian should contact the hackathon to request a waiver authorizing you to participate. We welcome all who wish to participate no matter your skill level as the ultimate goal is education.
